Roselle Care Plan is an optional after-care service plan for jewellery purchased from Roselle Jewelry. It is not an insurance product.

Roselle Care 12: 12 months of after-care support, including one eligible ring resize within +/-2 sizes, one cleaning and inspection, and one light polish/refinish where suitable.

Roselle Care 24: 24 months of after-care support, including up to two service visits. Ring resize is limited to one eligible resize within +/-2 sizes.

Hong Kong service area: Customers may arrange service at our Hong Kong stores. Walk-ins are welcome, no appointment needed.

International orders: Return shipping, shipping insurance, customs duties, taxes, and transit risk are not included. Please WhatsApp us before purchasing this plan if the item will be serviced from outside Hong Kong.

Not included: lost items, stolen items, missing diamonds/gemstones, severe impact damage, remaking, redesigning, engraving changes, plating unless stated, and size changes beyond +/-2 sizes. Full eternity rings, heavily set rings, bangles, bracelets, necklaces, and special designs may require a separate quote.
