GIA Diamond Dossier Reports are now digital – and here’s how it works.

You may be aware that the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) is now issuing its most popular report – the Diamond Dossier – as digital-only as part of its commitment to a more environmentally friendly approach.

How does it affect you?

Since January 2023, Roselle Jewelry customers will not receive a paper certificate for graded diamonds.  Instead, you will receive a GIA sticker containing a QR code which can be scanned to retrieve the digital certificate and verify the details.

The digital certificate contains all the same information as the paper certificate but in an easy-to-read format that can be viewed and printed from any device. This means you can access your Diamond Dossier anytime, anywhere with a few easy clicks.

Please note, this change only applies to GIA-certified diamonds (carat range 0.15 to 2.99 carats). All other labs, such as IGI and HRD, still provide paper copies of their certificates.
