Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of this website, and to any purchase of products or services from BRILLIANT INTERNATIONAL (H.K.) GROUP LIMITED, trading as Roselle Jewelry.
By browsing, accessing, using this website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from Roselle Jewelry, you confirm that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on this website at the time of your order shall apply to your purchase.
1. General Terms
Roselle Jewelry will make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, sizes, specifications, certificates, availability, and other information displayed on this website are accurate and up to date.
However, Roselle Jewelry does not warrant that all information on this website is free from errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or typographical mistakes.
Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to:
- Amend product prices at any time without prior notice;
- Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions;
- Update, suspend, or discontinue any product without prior notice;
- Refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion;
- Substitute unavailable free gifts or promotional items with items of similar value, where applicable.
All orders are subject to final acceptance by Roselle Jewelry and product availability.
2. Product Information & Availability
All product images shown on this website are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography, production batches, handmade details, natural material characteristics, or measurement tolerance.
Customers acknowledge and accept that:
- Natural stones, diamonds, pearls, crystals, shells, wood, and similar materials may have natural variations in colour, pattern, shape, texture, clarity, inclusion, surface characteristics, and size;
- Minor differences are not considered defects;
- Product colours may appear differently on different screens or devices;
- Product measurements are approximate and may have reasonable tolerance;
- Product details stated on certificates, grading reports, appraisal reports, or related documents shall form part of the product description.
If any ordered product is unavailable, Roselle Jewelry may, at its discretion:
- Contact the customer to suggest an alternative product;
- Offer replacement with another item of equal value;
- Offer replacement with another item of higher value, with the customer paying the price difference;
- Offer store credit for future purchases;
- Reject or cancel the affected order before dispatch.
Roselle Jewelry does not guarantee that all products shown on this website will be available at all times.
3. Non-Stock Items, Special Orders and Loose Diamonds
Certain products sold by Roselle Jewelry may be non-stock items, pre-order items, made-to-order items, specially sourced items, customised items, personalised items, engraved items, special orders, or loose diamonds.
By placing an order for any non-stock item, pre-order item, made-to-order item, specially sourced item, customised item, personalised item, engraved item, special order, or loose diamond, the customer acknowledges and agrees that such order is placed specifically upon the customer’s request.
Once the order is confirmed, these items are strictly:
- Non-cancellable;
- Non-refundable;
- Non-returnable;
- Non-exchangeable;
- Not eligible for store credit, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
This applies whether or not the customer later changes their mind, selects the wrong specifications, no longer wishes to proceed, finds another product elsewhere, or considers the item unsuitable after confirmation.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all product details, specifications, sizes, materials, diamond details, certificate details, engraving details, customisation details, and order information before confirming the order.
4. Loose Diamond Inspection and Certification
All loose diamonds sold by Roselle Jewelry are carefully checked before dispatch or collection.
Before shipment or collection, each loose diamond will undergo two rounds of inspection by certificate, grading, or verification institutions at different locations, where applicable, to confirm that:
- The loose diamond matches the relevant certificate, grading report, or documentation;
- The loose diamond does not have issues beyond those stated or reflected in the relevant certificate, grading report, or documentation;
- The loose diamond meets Roselle Jewelry’s applicable dispatch standard.
If any issue is identified during the pre-dispatch inspection process, Roselle Jewelry will inform the customer before shipment or collection and may, at its discretion, offer one of the following arrangements:
- Replacement with another suitable loose diamond;
- Replacement with another loose diamond of equal or higher value, with any price difference to be paid by the customer where applicable;
- Full refund of the affected loose diamond order.
Once the loose diamond has passed the pre-dispatch inspection and has been dispatched, delivered, or collected by the customer or the customer’s authorised representative, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the loose diamond as matching the relevant certificate, grading report, or documentation and meeting Roselle Jewelry’s applicable sale and dispatch standard.
After dispatch, delivery, or collection, loose diamonds are strictly:
- Non-refundable;
- Non-returnable;
- Non-exchangeable;
- Non-cancellable;
- Not eligible for store credit, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For the avoidance of doubt, inclusions, blemishes, colour grade, clarity grade, cut grade, fluorescence, measurements, carat weight, proportions, polish, symmetry, grading comments, certificate comments, plotting diagrams, natural characteristics, or any other characteristics stated, shown, implied, or reflected in the certificate, grading report, or related documentation shall not be considered defects.
5. User Registration
Customers may be required to register an account or provide personal information before using certain services or placing an order.
By registering an account or submitting information to Roselle Jewelry, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information;
- Keep your account login name and password secure;
- Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account;
- Ensure that only you or your authorised person uses your account;
- Promptly update your information if there are any changes.
Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any registration, suspend any account, terminate any account, or restrict access to this website at its sole discretion without giving any reason.
If your account remains inactive for a prolonged period, currently 3 years, Roselle Jewelry may treat the account as inactive and deactivate it. Any points, rewards, store credits, coupons, or electronic vouchers linked to the account may be cancelled, subject to the relevant programme terms.
If you wish to shop again after account deactivation, you may be required to create a new account.
6. Privacy & Personal Data Protection
Roselle Jewelry respects customer privacy and handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Privacy Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong, where applicable.
By using this website, registering an account, placing an order, or providing personal data to Roselle Jewelry, you agree that Roselle Jewelry may collect, use, store, process, transfer, and disclose your personal data for purposes including but not limited to:
- Processing and fulfilling orders;
- Payment verification;
- Delivery arrangement;
- Customer service and after-sales support;
- Account administration;
- Marketing communications, where consent has been obtained;
- Fraud prevention and security;
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

7. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order on this website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product or service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
After receiving your order, Roselle Jewelry may send you an order confirmation email or notification. Such confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
An order shall only be deemed accepted when Roselle Jewelry confirms the order, processes payment, and/or dispatches the product.
Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability;
- Pricing errors;
- Product information errors;
- Payment failure or suspected payment fraud;
- Incorrect customer information;
- Delivery restrictions;
- Suspected unauthorised resale;
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions;
- System errors or technical issues;
- Failure of loose diamond pre-dispatch inspection.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, refunded, returned, or exchanged except as expressly provided under these Terms and Conditions or required by applicable law.
8. Prices & Payment
All product prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars HKD, unless otherwise stated.
Currency conversions displayed on this website, if any, are for reference only. The final charged amount may vary depending on the exchange rate, card issuer, bank charges, platform fees, or payment provider.
Roselle Jewelry accepts payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:
- Visa;
- MasterCard;
- UnionPay;
- Other payment methods supported by Shopify or Roselle Jewelry from time to time.
Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any payment method at any time without prior notice.
All payments must be fully settled before order processing or dispatch.
For credit card transactions, customers must use their own valid and authorised payment card. Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, suspected to be fraudulent, or not properly authorised.
9. Online Payment Security
Roselle Jewelry aims to provide a secure online shopping experience. Online transactions may be processed through encrypted payment gateways and secure technologies, including Secure Sockets Layer encryption or other security protocols supported by Shopify and relevant payment providers.
Roselle Jewelry does not store full credit card details on its own internal systems unless expressly stated and permitted by applicable laws and payment security standards.
Customers are responsible for keeping their payment information, account login details, and devices secure.
10. Delivery Service
Roselle Jewelry may provide delivery services to selected areas within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan, subject to availability and courier arrangements.
Delivery services may not be available for:
- Non-fixed addresses;
- Restricted areas;
- Border closed areas;
- Certain outlying islands;
- Warehouses or logistics centres;
- Locations where access is restricted;
- Addresses requiring special handling or unsafe delivery methods.
Delivery fees, free delivery thresholds, and available delivery options shall be displayed on the website, checkout page, or promotional materials from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Free delivery may be available for orders reaching the required minimum purchase amount;
- Orders below the free delivery threshold may be subject to a delivery fee;
- Delivery fees are non-refundable;
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas, special delivery arrangements, redelivery, or failed delivery.
11. Delivery Time & Risk
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
In general, local Hong Kong orders may be arranged for delivery within approximately 3 working days after order acceptance and payment confirmation, subject to stock availability, payment approval, courier capacity, operational conditions, and any required inspection procedures.
Delivery may be delayed, suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled due to circumstances including but not limited to:
- Traffic conditions;
- Weather conditions;
- Public holidays;
- Courier delays;
- Customs or regulatory checks;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- Building access restrictions;
- Payment verification delays;
- Product inspection or verification procedures;
- Force majeure events;
- Other circumstances beyond Roselle Jewelry’s reasonable control.
Roselle Jewelry shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience arising from delivery delay, failed delivery, or rescheduling, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Customers or their authorised recipients must inspect the parcel and product upon receipt. Signing, confirming, or accepting delivery shall constitute acknowledgement of receipt.
Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery, collection, or receipt by the customer’s authorised representative.
12. Change of Delivery Details
Any request to change the delivery address, delivery date, delivery time, recipient information, or order details must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, during customer service hours.
Roselle Jewelry is not obliged to accept any change request after an order has been confirmed.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, absence of recipient, refusal to accept delivery, restricted access, or any reason attributable to the customer, Roselle Jewelry may require the customer to:
- Pay additional redelivery fees;
- Collect the order at a designated location;
- Provide a new valid delivery address;
- Bear any additional handling or storage charges.
No refund will be provided for failed delivery caused by customer error, absence, refusal, or failure to cooperate with the delivery process.
13. Store Pickup
Where store pickup is available, customers must collect the order at the selected store or pickup location within the specified collection period.
Customers must present the following upon collection:
- Order confirmation email or notification;
- Registered contact number;
- Valid identification document;
- Any additional verification information reasonably requested by Roselle Jewelry.
Roselle Jewelry may refuse collection if the customer fails to provide sufficient proof of identity or order verification.
If the customer authorises another person to collect the order, the authorised person must present:
- Written authorisation from the customer;
- Order confirmation;
- The authorised person’s valid identification document;
- Any other information reasonably required by Roselle Jewelry.
Once an order is confirmed:
- The selected pickup store or location cannot be changed unless approved by Roselle Jewelry;
- The order cannot be changed to delivery unless approved by Roselle Jewelry;
- The product, colour, size, style, model, diamond, certificate, or specification cannot be changed unless expressly approved by Roselle Jewelry.
If the selected store or pickup location is closed due to weather, emergency, government restriction, or any force majeure event, collection may be rescheduled.
Uncollected Orders
If the customer does not collect the order within 3 days from the selected collection date, Roselle Jewelry may contact or remind the customer.
If the order remains uncollected within 13 days from the selected collection date, Roselle Jewelry may treat the order as abandoned.
For abandoned orders, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to:
- Cancel the order;
- Release the product for resale;
- Charge storage, handling, or administrative fees;
- Issue store credit at its discretion after deducting applicable fees;
- Refuse refund of any amount paid, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
No cash refund will be provided for abandoned or uncollected orders.
14. Exchange & No-Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Roselle Jewelry does not offer refunds, returns for cash, or cancellation refunds once an order has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law or as expressly provided for loose diamonds that fail Roselle Jewelry’s pre-dispatch inspection.
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon receipt or collection.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing any required component at the time of receipt, the customer must contact Roselle Jewelry customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt or collection.
Roselle Jewelry will review the request and may require photos, videos, proof of purchase, packaging, certificates, warranty cards, tags, and return of the item for inspection.
An exchange will only be arranged after Roselle Jewelry has inspected and verified the issue.
15. 7-Day Exchange Guarantee
Roselle Jewelry offers a 7-day exchange guarantee for eligible products with confirmed manufacturing defects or quality issues.
The 7-day period starts from the date the customer or authorised recipient receives or collects the product.
To qualify for exchange, the product must:
- Be returned with complete original packaging;
- Include all tags, accessories, certificates, warranty cards, receipts, and free gifts;
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged;
- Be free from scratches, stains, odours, water damage, chemical exposure, or signs of misuse;
- Be verified by Roselle Jewelry as having a manufacturing defect or being incorrectly supplied.
The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to:
- Change of mind;
- Personal preference;
- Incorrect size, colour, style, model, diamond, certificate, or specification chosen by the customer;
- Products without valid proof of purchase;
- Products not returned together with the original item;
- Earrings or hygiene-sensitive products;
- Non-stock items;
- Pre-order items;
- Made-to-order items;
- Specially sourced items;
- Customised items;
- Personalised items;
- Engraved items;
- Special orders;
- Loose diamonds;
- Clearance, sale, promotional, or discounted items;
- Products damaged by misuse, accident, improper care, exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, sweat, or harsh environments;
- Normal wear and tear.
If the same replacement item is unavailable for an eligible exchange, Roselle Jewelry may, at its sole discretion, offer:
- Exchange for another item of equal value;
- Exchange for another item of higher value, with the customer paying the price difference;
- Store credit for future purchases.
No cash refund will be provided.
16. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Loose diamonds after dispatch, delivery, or collection;
- Non-stock items;
- Pre-order items;
- Made-to-order items;
- Specially sourced items;
- Customised items;
- Personalised items;
- Engraved items;
- Special orders;
- Earrings, due to hygiene and safety reasons;
- Jewelry care products and care kits;
- Clearance items;
- Sale items;
- Promotional items;
- Discounted items;
- Gift cards, vouchers, coupons, or store credits;
- Free gifts or complimentary items.
For loose diamonds, no refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or store credit will be provided after the loose diamond has passed Roselle Jewelry’s pre-dispatch inspection and has been dispatched, delivered, or collected by the customer or the customer’s authorised representative.
17. Return Shipping for Approved Exchanges
Customers must obtain prior approval from Roselle Jewelry before returning any item for exchange inspection.
Any item returned without prior approval may be rejected.
Unless otherwise agreed by Roselle Jewelry:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs;
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable;
- Customers are responsible for safe packaging of returned items;
- Customers should use a trackable delivery method;
- Roselle Jewelry is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered return parcels.
If the exchange is due to a confirmed error by Roselle Jewelry or a verified manufacturing defect in an eligible product, Roselle Jewelry may, at its discretion, cover reasonable return shipping costs.
18. After-Sales Service & Warranty
Roselle Jewelry provides after-sales service for eligible products purchased directly from Roselle Jewelry.
Customers must retain the original receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
The standard warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase, except for the following:

The warranty applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects of eligible jewelry products and does not apply to loose diamonds after dispatch, delivery, or collection.
19. 30-Day Stone Setting Service
Roselle Jewelry provides complimentary stone re-setting or repair service within 30 days from the date of purchase where the issue is confirmed by Roselle Jewelry to be caused by a manufacturing defect.
This service does not apply to:
- Loose diamonds sold separately;
- Loss of main stones;
- Damage caused by impact, misuse, accident, negligence, or improper care;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Products altered, repaired, resized, or modified by third parties;
- Products without valid proof of purchase.
20. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Loose diamonds after dispatch, delivery, or collection;
- General wear and tear;
- Scratches, dents, deformation, looseness, or surface marks;
- Tarnishing, oxidation, fading, or discolouration caused by use, storage, body chemistry, humidity, or chemical exposure;
- Damage caused by perfume, cosmetics, sweat, water, alcohol, cleaning products, polishing liquids, swimming pools, hot springs, spas, seawater, or corrosive substances;
- Fit, tightness, looseness, or comfort issues relating to rings, bracelets, bangles, chains, or clasps;
- Broken chains, clasps, hooks, posts, or settings caused by force, pulling, impact, or accidental damage;
- Stone loss, including main stones, unless confirmed to be a manufacturing defect within the applicable service period;
- Characteristics, inclusions, blemishes, grading comments, certificate comments, measurements, colour grade, clarity grade, cut grade, fluorescence, polish, symmetry, proportions, or other features already stated or reflected in a diamond certificate, grading report, appraisal report, or related documentation;
- Loss of products or replacement of lost products;
- Damage caused by improper storage, improper use, negligence, unauthorised repair, modification, or third-party service;
- Free gifts, packaging, jewelry boxes, pouches, certificates, accessories, care kits, and cleaning products.
21. Jewelry Care Notice
Customers are responsible for proper care and storage of Roselle Jewelry products.
To maintain the condition and appearance of the jewelry, customers should avoid contact with:
- Water;
- Perfume;
- Cosmetics;
- Sweat;
- Alcohol;
- Cleaning agents;
- Polishing liquids;
- Swimming pools;
- Hot springs;
- Spas;
- Seawater;
- Corrosive substances;
- Harsh environments.
Silver jewelry and plated jewelry may be treated with protective coating or plating. However, exposure to chemicals, moisture, friction, or harsh conditions may still affect the appearance, colour, shine, and durability of the product.
Damage caused by improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by warranty.
22. Paid Repair & Maintenance Services
For repair, refurbishment, re-plating, polishing, stone replacement, or maintenance services not covered by warranty, Roselle Jewelry may provide paid services at its discretion.
Fees may apply for:
- Labour;
- Replacement parts;
- Replacement stones;
- Re-plating;
- Polishing;
- Refurbishment;
- Shipping;
- Handling;
- Administrative costs.
Roselle Jewelry will assess the product and inform the customer of any applicable charges before proceeding with the paid service.
Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to decline repair or maintenance services if the product is unsuitable for repair.
23. Promotional Items, Free Gifts & Coupons
Promotions, discounts, coupons, vouchers, free gifts, and special offers are subject to specific terms and availability.
Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to:
- Change, suspend, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time;
- Substitute free gifts with items of similar value;
- Refuse misuse of coupons, discounts, vouchers, or promotional codes;
- Cancel orders involving suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorised use of promotions.
Free gifts are available while stocks last and have no cash value.
Free gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless confirmed by Roselle Jewelry to be defective before use.
24. Consumer Use Only
Roselle Jewelry sells and ships products to end consumers only.
Products purchased from Roselle Jewelry are not intended for resale, commercial distribution, or unauthorised business use.
If Roselle Jewelry reasonably believes that a customer is purchasing products for resale or commercial purposes, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to:
- Refuse the order;
- Cancel the order;
- Limit purchase quantities;
- Suspend the customer account;
- Refuse future transactions.
25. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, product names, images, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, icons, videos, layout, and website materials, is owned by or licensed to Roselle Jewelry and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, upload, transmit, sell, exploit, or use any website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Roselle Jewelry.
26. Website Use
Customers must not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorised purpose.
Customers must not:
- Interfere with website operation or security;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data;
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code;
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools without permission;
- Submit false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content;
- Misuse promotions, payment systems, accounts, or customer service channels.
Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to suspend access, cancel orders, terminate accounts, and take legal action where appropriate.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roselle Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic loss arising out of or in connection with:
- Use of this website;
- Inability to access this website;
- Product purchase or use;
- Delivery delay or failure;
- Payment processing issues;
- Third-party service providers;
- Errors, omissions, or interruptions;
- Loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Roselle Jewelry’s total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
28. Force Majeure
Roselle Jewelry shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, loss, damage, or inability to perform any obligation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God;
- Fire;
- Flood;
- Typhoon;
- Extreme weather;
- Accident;
- Epidemic or pandemic;
- War;
- Riot;
- Civil disturbance;
- Terrorism;
- Government action;
- Labour dispute;
- Strike;
- Power failure;
- Network failure;
- Courier disruption;
- Supply chain disruption;
- Any other event beyond Roselle Jewelry’s reasonable control.
In such circumstances, Roselle Jewelry may suspend, delay, reschedule, modify, or cancel affected services or orders without liability, subject to applicable law.
29. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, this website, or any purchase from Roselle Jewelry shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
30. Final Decision
Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to interpret, apply, amend, and enforce these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
In case of any dispute, Roselle Jewelry reserves the final right of decision, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
31. Language
These Terms and Conditions may be provided in English and Chinese.
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any Chinese translation, the English version shall prevail.
