Roselle Jewelry will make every effort to ensure that the prices, information, and sizes of the products listed on the website are up to date. Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to change the prices of the products without prior notice, and all orders are subject to the full discretion and acceptance by Roselle Jewelry based on stock availability.
Roselle Jewelry will make every effort to ensure that the products listed on the website are available in stock. In the event that any product is not available due to stock shortage, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to offer a substitute of the same kind and price.
All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the respective products. If Roselle Jewelry is unable to provide any ordered product or service, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse the order.
You may be required to fill out one or more registration or application forms from the company, either online or in any other manner, in order to use certain services. By filling out such forms, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal identification information as requested.
- Ensure the proper safeguarding of your username and password.
- Use your username and password to log into the website only yourself or by authorized individuals.
- The company has absolute discretion to reject any new user application and terminate any registered user without providing any reasons.

If your account remains unused for a specific period of time (currently 3 years), we will consider it inactive and deactivate it in order to protect you and ourselves. All points and/or electronic vouchers in your account will also be canceled (if applicable). If you wish to shop on the website again, you will need to apply for a new account.
By placing an order, you agree to submit a shopping request to Roselle Jewelry in accordance with these terms and conditions. Upon receipt of your order, Roselle Jewelry will send a confirmation email to you. However, this confirmation email does not imply that Roselle Jewelry has accepted your order. Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any order if it is unable to provide the ordered products or services, or if there are payment issues with the credit card used by you or for any other reason. If Roselle Jewelry is unable to provide any product or service on your order, you will be notified by phone or email.
Once your order request is accepted by Roselle Jewelry, the customer service department will contact you to confirm the order, arrange the delivery time and date.
If any gift item accompanying the ordered product is out of stock, the customer service department will contact you to provide alternative suggestions, offer a cancellation option, or allow you to continue purchasing the product.
For purchases of HK$500 or above, free local post office pickup service is available once. Alternatively, you can choose a delivery method by paying
a delivery fee. The delivery fee will vary depending on the delivery location and the weight of the package.
Roselle Jewelry will make every effort to deliver the products within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Roselle Jewelry will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control, such as transportation issues or customs clearance procedures.
Upon delivery, please inspect the products carefully and notify Roselle Jewelry immediately of any damages or discrepancies. If you fail to notify Roselle Jewelry within a reasonable time, it will be assumed that the products are in good condition and have been accepted by you.
Returns and Exchanges
Roselle Jewelry accepts returns or exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact Roselle Jewelry's customer service department within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet these criteria.
For returns or exchanges, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. Roselle Jewelry will assess the condition of the returned product and, if approved, will process the refund or exchange within a reasonable time.
