Roselle Jewelry will make every effort to ensure that the prices, information, and sizes of the products listed on the website are up to date. Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to change the prices of products without prior notice, and all orders are subject to Roselle Jewelry's absolute discretion and acceptance based on stock availability.
Roselle Jewelry will make every effort to ensure that the products listed on the website are available in stock. If any product is out of stock and cannot be provided to the customer, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to offer a similar product of the same type and price as a substitute.
All orders are subject to the availability of the relevant products. If Roselle Jewelry is unable to provide any ordered products or services, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse to accept the order.
User Registration
You may be required to complete one or more registration or application forms (online or otherwise) to use certain services. By completing these forms, you agree to:

If your account has not been used for a specific period (currently 3 years), for your protection and ours, we will assume you no longer wish to use the account and will deactivate it. Order Information
Ordering products signifies your agreement to submit a purchase request to Roselle Jewelry according to these terms and conditions. Upon receiving your order, Roselle Jewelry will send you a reply. This reply does not indicate that Roselle Jewelry has accepted your order. If Roselle Jewelry is unable to provide any ordered products or services, or if there are payment issues due to your credit card or other reasons, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse to accept the order. If Roselle Jewelry cannot provide any of the products or services you ordered, Roselle Jewelry will notify you by phone or email.
Once your purchase request is accepted by Roselle Jewelry, the customer service department will call you to confirm the order and arrange the delivery time and date.
If the gift accompanying the ordered product is out of stock, the customer service department will call to notify you. You have the right to accept other gifts suggested by Roselle Jewelry, choose to cancel the order, or continue to purchase the product.
Delivery Service
Purchases of HK$500 or more are eligible for one free local post office pickup service or the option to pay for the relevant delivery method.
Purchases of less than HK$500 will incur a delivery service fee of no more than HK$30, or the option to pay for the relevant delivery method (not applicable to store pickup).
Delivery services are limited to designated areas and fixed addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan. For inquiries about other special delivery areas, please call Roselle Jewelry's customer service department.
Delivery services do not apply to non-fixed addresses, restricted border areas, outlying islands, warehouses, or locations where delivery through stairs is required due to the inability to deliver through balconies.
If the delivery address does not have direct elevator access, Roselle Jewelry will charge a service fee per floor, excluding the ground floor. For particularly large items and other fees, the delivery personnel will collect cash. For more fee information, please contact the customer service department.
Delivery service times vary by postal company and are usually from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once you confirm an order on the Roselle Jewelry online shopping platform and the order is accepted by Roselle Jewelry, the customer service department will call you on the second working day to confirm the delivery time and date. Under normal circumstances, orders within Hong Kong will be delivered to the registered address approximately 3 working days after the order is placed. However, due to delays in credit card payment approval, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. Before the product arrives, the delivery personnel will call to notify you. Please check if the ordered products are complete and sign the delivery note to confirm receipt.
Due to actual conditions such as traffic, region, weather, and other force majeure factors, delivery time may be delayed, suspended, or rescheduled. Regardless of whether the delay or rescheduling is within Roselle Jewelry's control, Roselle Jewelry is not responsible for any delay or rescheduling.
To change the delivery address or date and time, or to modify the original sales invoice, please call Roselle Jewelry's customer service department at least 24 hours before delivery. The service hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
If the delivered products require additional installation fees, these fees are not included in the delivery service fee. If there are safety issues or other reasons at your registered delivery address that prevent the delivery personnel from completing the delivery and signing, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to require customers to pick up the products directly from Roselle Jewelry stores without arranging delivery.
In case of any disputes, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right of final decision.
Store Pickup
Please go to the selected store and date on the Roselle Jewelry online shopping platform to pick up the products purchased online. If you do not pick up the products within 3 days from the pickup date, Roselle Jewelry will try to contact and remind you to pick them up within the specified time. If you do not pick up the products within 30 days from the selected pickup date, Roselle Jewelry will consider it abandoned and cancel the order. We will recover the products, charge the relevant processing fees, and partially refund the amount to the credit card account registered when shopping at Roselle Jewelry. For details, please contact the customer service department.
When picking up the products, you need to provide a printed copy of the order notification email (electronic versions on mobile phones and tablets are not accepted), the contact phone number registered at the time of the order, and a valid identification document for verification. If you cannot provide any of the above information, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse your pickup.
If you cannot pick up the products in person, please authorize someone else to bring an authorization letter and the order notification email to pick up the products.
Once the order is confirmed, the selected pickup store cannot be changed to another store or fixed address delivery service.
Once the order is confirmed, the color, style, or product cannot be changed.
If the pickup store is closed due to weather or other force majeure factors, customers can go to the store to pick up the products the next day.
Exchange and Refund
Exchange Policy
You must check the products for damage and completeness upon receipt of the ordered products. If you find any damage to the ordered products, you can call the customer service department to arrange for an exchange. After Roselle Jewelry investigates and verifies, the department will arrange for an exchange.
If the requested exchange product is out of stock, Roselle Jewelry will refund the amount of the involved product according to the refund policy procedure.
When exchanging products, you need to return the purchase receipt to Roselle Jewelry for cancellation.
Any custom-made or personalized products will not be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
The company reserves the right to refuse the exchange of signed products due to appearance issues and incomplete accessories. If the gift is damaged, it will be reissued as soon as possible.
7-Day Exchange Guarantee
When you or the designated recipient receives the ordered products, you are responsible for checking the appearance of the products for damage and completeness of accessories.
If the product quality does not meet production standards within 7 days of receipt, Roselle Jewelry guarantees an exchange (see remarks). You must first call the customer service department to register and arrange the exchange process. While the product is still under factory warranty, you can also enjoy the warranty service provided by Roselle Jewelry by sending the product back to Roselle Jewelry for repair.
Remarks
- Exchange products must be returned with complete packaging and accessories.
- Exchange products must not be damaged, scratched, have tags removed, or be exposed to moisture.
- The 7-day exchange guarantee only applies to specified products and does not apply to clearance or custom-made products.
- The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to products without a Roselle Jewelry purchase receipt.
- The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to products with a Roselle Jewelry purchase receipt but missing products.
- The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to any products requested for exchange or refund based on personal preferences.
- Due to hygiene and safety issues, earrings are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Custom-made or personalized products will not be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
- In case of any disputes, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right of final decision.
After-Sales Service
All Roselle Jewelry products are entitled to after-sales service:

The looseness of Roselle Jewelry rings, bracelets, and bangles is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your Roselle Jewelry products to corrosive chemicals or harsh environments. Although silver jewelry is coated with six layers of platinum to prevent oxidation, exposure to corrosive chemicals or harsh environments may alter the appearance of your Roselle Jewelry products. These chemicals include but are not limited to liquid polish, swimming pools, hot springs, and spas.

Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase. The standard warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase, except for pearl jewelry, wooden jewelry, leather products, and woven ropes, which have a warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

General wear and tear, misuse, discoloration, and stone falling (main stone) are not covered by the warranty.

Roselle Jewelry care tools (Care Kit) are not covered by the warranty and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Roselle Jewelry provides a comprehensive quality guarantee. Any stone falling or manufacturing defects within 30 days from the date of purchase will be repaired free of charge.

The warranty does not include replacing lost products.

For repairs and stone replacements (non-manufacturing quality issues), Roselle Jewelry may require customers to pay additional labor handling and maintenance fees.

Force Majeure
If the inability to accurately provide the required services is due to force majeure (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes, or any circumstances beyond Roselle Jewelry's control), Roselle Jewelry shall not be liable to users or any third parties.
For Consumers Only
Roselle Jewelry sells and ships products only to end consumers. You may not resell products purchased from Roselle Jewelry's online store. If Roselle Jewelry has reasonable grounds to believe that you are purchasing products not for end use, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order.
Rosellejewelry.com accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, or UnionPay cards, and all product values are calculated in Hong Kong dollars. Various currency prices are also provided for reference. The prices of products on the website may differ from those in Roselle Jewelry stores. The product prices are based on the prices displayed on the website on the order date.
When paying with Visa, MasterCard, or UnionPay cards, the maximum total purchase amount per transaction is HK$30,000. When entering the credit card number, do not add spaces or hyphens.

Custom Jewelry Terms
Once the order for custom jewelry is confirmed and production has begun, changes or returns will not be accepted. Only recycling at a recovery price and charging additional labor fees for remanufacturing (if applicable) is allowed.
Detailed Terms for Custom Jewelry

Design Confirmation: All custom jewelry design drawings and dimensions will be confirmed with the customer before production. Customers must carefully check and confirm the design drawings and dimensions. Once confirmed, it indicates that the customer agrees to the design and enters the production stage.

Dimensions and Specifications: All dimensions and specifications of custom jewelry will be clearly marked on the design drawings. Customers must confirm that these dimensions and specifications meet their requirements. Roselle Jewelry is not responsible for any issues arising from the customer's failure to carefully confirm.

Production Process: Once the design is confirmed and production has begun, the design cannot be changed or the order canceled. Any changes will be treated as new orders and will incur corresponding fees.

Quality Assurance: Roselle Jewelry guarantees that the quality of custom jewelry meets production standards. If any quality issues are found during the production process, Roselle Jewelry will be responsible for repairing or remanufacturing.

Customer Service: If customers have any questions or dissatisfaction with the final product, please contact Roselle Jewelry's customer service department within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide appropriate after-sales service based on the specific situation.

If customers are dissatisfied with the final product after confirmation but the product meets the design drawings and dimensions specifications, Roselle Jewelry shall not be held responsible.

Design Change Fees: If customers request any changes after design confirmation, these changes will be treated as new orders and will incur corresponding design and production fees. All change requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by Roselle Jewelry.

Color and Material: Due to differences in displays and shooting lighting, there may be slight differences between the colors on the design drawings and the actual product. Roselle Jewelry will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of colors and materials, but these differences should not be considered product quality issues.

Deposit and Payment: After confirming the design and dimensions, customers must pay a certain percentage of the deposit as a production prepayment. The balance must be paid before the product is completed and ready for delivery. All payments must be made through the payment methods designated by Roselle Jewelry.

Delivery and Acceptance: Once custom jewelry is completed, Roselle Jewelry will notify the customer to pick up the product or arrange for delivery. Customers must carefully check and sign the acceptance form upon receipt of the product. If any quality issues are found, please notify Roselle Jewelry immediately before signing.

After-Sales Service: Roselle Jewelry provides limited after-sales service for all custom jewelry, including repairs and maintenance. For specific service terms, please refer to Roselle Jewelry's after-sales service policy.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
