Exchange Policy

You must inspect the products you ordered upon receipt to check for any damage and completeness. If you find any damage to the ordered products, you can call our customer service department to arrange for an exchange. Once Roselle Jewelry investigates and verifies the issue, we will arrange for an exchange.

  • If the requested exchange product is sold out, Roselle Jewelry will refund the amount related to that product according to the refund policy procedures.
  • When exchanging products, you need to provide the receipt of the purchased products to Roselle Jewelry for cancellation.
  • Ordered or custom-made products will not be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
  • Roselle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse exchanges for signed-for products due to appearance issues or incomplete accessories. If the gift items are damaged, we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.


7-Day Exchange Guarantee

When you or your designated recipient receives the ordered products, you have the responsibility to inspect the appearance of the products for any damage and check for completeness of accessories.

If you find that the product quality does not meet production standards within 7 days of receipt, Roselle Jewelry guarantees an exchange (Notes). You must first call our customer service department to register and arrange the exchange procedure. During the warranty period provided by the manufacturer, you can also enjoy the warranty provided by Roselle Jewelry and return the product to Roselle Jewelry for repair.


Notes

  1. The exchanged product must be returned with complete packaging and accessories.
  2. The exchanged product must not be damaged, scratched, have removed tags, or show signs of water exposure.
  3. The 7-day exchange guarantee only applies to specified products and does not apply to clearance or specified products.
  4. The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to products lacking Roselle Jewelry purchase proof.
  5. The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to products with Roselle Jewelry purchase receipts but missing products.
  6. The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to any products requested for exchange or refund based on personal preference.
  7. Due to hygiene and safety issues, earrings are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  8. Ordered or custom-made products will not be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
  9. In case of any disputes, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right of final decision.
