All products purchased from Roselle Jewelry come with after-sales service:
Adjustments to the tightness of rings, bracelets, and bangles from Roselle Jewelry are not considered production defects. Please avoid exposing your Roselle Jewelry products to corrosive chemicals or harsh environments. While silver jewelry is coated with six layers of platinum to resist oxidation, exposure to corrosive chemicals or harsh environments can alter the appearance of your Roselle Jewelry products. Such chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid polish, swimming pools, hot springs, and spa facilities.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. The standard warranty period is 1 (one) year from the date of purchase, except for pearl jewelry, wooden jewelry, leather products, and braided cords, which have a warranty period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, discoloration, and loss of stones (main stones) are not covered under the warranty.
Roselle Jewelry Care Kit is not covered under the warranty and is non-refundable or exchangeable.
Roselle Jewelry offers a comprehensive quality guarantee, providing free re-setting and repair services for any stone loss or production defects within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not include replacement for lost items.
For refinishing or replacing stones (non-production-related issues), Roselle Jewelry may require customers to bear additional costs for manual handling and maintenance.
In case of any disputes, Roselle Jewelry reserves the right of final decision.
Force Majeure
Roselle Jewelry shall not be held liable to users or any third party for any failure to provide the requested services accurately due to reasons of force majeure (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes, or any circumstances beyond Roselle Jewelry's control).
