Is the centre stone included?
For products marked “Setting Only”, the centre stone is not included. For finished jewellery, the stone shown in your selected option is included unless the product page states otherwise.
Which stone shapes and sizes are compatible?
Choose from the shapes and size ranges displayed on the product page. Final compatibility is confirmed using the stone’s exact millimetre measurements before production.
Can I supply my own stone?
Yes. We inspect the stone before accepting it for setting. The setting fee is HK$500 per carat, with a minimum charge of HK$500.
How long does production take?
Made-to-order settings normally take 3–6 weeks after the design, measurements and payment are confirmed. An expedited option may be available where shown.
Can the ring size or design be changed?
Minor changes are usually possible before production begins. Changes requested after production starts may require an additional fee or a revised delivery date.
What warranty applies to a customer-supplied stone?
Our workmanship warranty covers manufacturing defects in the setting. It does not cover a supplied stone’s pre-existing damage, undisclosed treatment, inherent weakness or later accidental damage.
