Which chain lengths and thicknesses are available?
Available lengths and surcharges are shown in the necklace selector. Chain thicknesses such as 1.0 mm or 1.2 mm are offered only where listed for that design.
Will the chain metal match the pendant?
The chain is supplied in the material and colour stated in the selected necklace option. Check the option summary before adding the item to your cart.
What is the difference between RZ®, lab-grown and natural diamond?
RZ® is a diamond simulant. Lab-grown and natural diamonds are diamonds with different origins. Select the stone type shown on the product page and see our diamond guide for details.
Is a diamond certificate included?
A grading report is included only when it is explicitly stated in the product description or selected option. Please contact us if you require a specific laboratory report.
How should I care for the necklace?
Keep it dry, avoid perfume and harsh chemicals, and store it separately to reduce scratches and tangling. Follow our jewellery care guide for material-specific advice.
