Available metals and colours are listed in the product selector. The final price updates according to the selected metal and other paid options.
Is a diamond certificate included?
A grading report is included only when it is explicitly stated in the product description or selected option. Please contact us if you require a specific laboratory report.
How long does production take?
Made-to-order settings normally take 3–6 weeks after the design, measurements and payment are confirmed. An expedited option may be available where shown.
Can I add engraving?
Engraving is available on suitable designs. Enter the requested text where the engraving option appears, or contact us before checkout.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
It covers verified manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, unauthorised repair and damage caused by improper care are not manufacturing defects.
Are customised or engraved items returnable?
Customised, resized, engraved and made-to-order items may have different exchange or refund conditions. Review the policy before confirming your order.
